When will my order ship?

Every item is made to order just for you! Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

Please note that during holidays, sales, or peak seasons, production and shipping may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we begin production quickly, orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. After production begins, we are unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?

Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us at fheadybossup@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

How do I know what size to order?

A size chart is available on every apparel product page. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, as items are made to order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be shown at checkout.
